FAQ

  • How do I get started?
It's easy as 1, 2, 3! 1. Open an Assistant Account. This give us limited access to your Amazon Seller Central account so we can compare your removal requests with what we receive from Amazon. When you are ready to return products to Amazon, we'll be able to see your shipping plan. Click here for instructions. 2. Set up payment. Fill out and return your Credit Card Authorization Form. This needs to be done only once. You can skip this step with your subsequent shipments. We process your payments through Square. We do not store your credit card numbers. Click here for the Authorization Form. 3. Fill out the Send A Shipment form, letting us know what products you are requesting be removed from Amazon and how you would like them processed and/or stored. Click here for the Send A Shipment Form.
  • What happens when you receive my products?
Once we receive your products, the first step is to unbox them. Next, we inspect the products for external damage, torn packaging, and worn or missing labels. We then create a report with a list of the SKUs received, quantity, and condition. We share this report with you. We follow your instructions and either store your products or ship them back to Amazon or another destination. Storage: As you probably know, removal products come from a number of different warehouses and arrive in multiple boxes. In addition, Amazon just throws removals into any size box - there is no relationship between the size of the product(s) and the size of the box. If you are storing your products with us, we don't want you to have to pay storage fees based on the size of the box Amazon sent them in.
  • Can you store my inventory?
Yes, we can store your inventory for as long as you like. Please see the Prices tab for rates. Standard size pallets are 48" x 40" x 72" with a maximum of 1200 lbs. Products stored on pallets may not reach the full 72" height to be consider a "pallet" as each pallet takes up floor space. Storage is billed on unboxed units. • Can you relabel my products?
If a unit arrives with a damaged label, we will relabel it at no additional cost. However, if you want to relabel your products with new FNSKU labels, there will be a per unit charge. Please see the Prices tab.
  • What products are considered oversize?
We use the same size and weight standards as Amazon uses with its FBA program. Individual units exceeding 18 inches on the longest side or greater than 20 pounds in weight will be charged as oversize.
  • How are shipping charges billed?
Shipping charges from Amazon-partnered carriers such as UPS are charged directly to your Amazon account. In order to get the correct shipping rate, be sure that the 'Ship From' address in your shipping plan is changed to the FBA Removals warehouse address.
  • You've been storing my products, now I want them sent back to Amazon. How do I do that?"
    1. Create Your Shipping Plan. Log into your Amazon Seller Central Account and create an abbreviated Shipping Plan for your next shipment. Just list the products and the quantities, then stop. Amazon will automatically save your work. Do Not approve the shipments. Please limit the number of SKUs on any individual plan to 25 SKUs ~ It makes a big difference in manageability when we go to set up you box content information. Please be sure to use the Rename function in the upper left hand corner on the first page of the shipping plan. Replace the PLN prefix with a name that will help us identify the correct shipment. 2. Fill out the Send A Shipment form with your instructions including SKUs, quantities and Shipping Plan name.
